Your willingness to jump in and make suggestions on what may be better. Your ability to know what you need to do and do it - consistency with what you say and do. You always were able to accommodate my changing needs and your willingness to create more or do more if I needed it. I loved your flexibility with how you were able to help me grow. You would always clarify when you needed to due to my poor communication and I appreciated that.

Before I used your service I had to handle all incoming phone calls, sales conversations, scheduling, following up on leads, and checking on past clients. Now I have a fantastic admin that is able to take all this off my plate. This allowed me to develop a better systemized & organized process for client management in my business and allowed me increased time to work on other things. I like the ability to use Voxer to speak with my admin, with quick replies as often as needed. I love that I don’t have to worry about answering the phone anymore. Tasks are always 100% taken care of in a timely manner. I am 100% likely to refer a friend or family member.

I have been working with Virtual Refresh for about 5 months. Before working with them, I was a solo practitioner trying to grow and scale my practice, but dropping balls left and right because I didn't have the capacity to juggle them all and still see clients.
