About Our Receptionists
We have helped over 30 cash and hybrid practices successfully implement one of our trained remote receptionists.
All of our receptionists are US-based. We don’t hire cheap overseas labor for phone calls. They all have clinical backgrounds (PTA, OTA, SLP, Massage therapist, etc) and have been fully trained in sales and sales psychology. We also battle-test them with tons of role-playing before so that when they step into your business that isn’t their first sales call and they reach KPI quickly.
We are not another admin agency that just farms out your phone calls to cheap labor, call centers, or someone who has not been trained. As a practice scales, it’s impossible to have an agency manage your admin. It gets too expensive for the practice owner or there will be recurrent turnover in the admin position.

About the Owners
Virtual Refresh was born out of a need for practice owners.We have walked the ups and downs of practice ownership. Late night phone calls after clients…Difficulty converting the “do you take my insurance” objection...and being extremely time-poor due to administrative burden.
Chris was running a single-provider PT clinic in Nashville, TN when Tawnna began to help him to free up his time and get a bit more organized. Soon after other PT practices began to ask Tawnna for help and before we knew it we had a need to hire other admins
Chris has been able to grow and scale Be Ready to 3 other full-time treating providers and scale to over 40,000 per month in cash-only services. We have applied our exact sales, systems, and follow-up processes that have worked in our clinic to train our admins.
